How it works

100% online, start to doorstep

No video calls, no waiting room, no awkward conversation at a counter. Just a thorough set of questions, a prescriber who reads them, and a pharmacy that packs the result.

Answer the consultation

Around twenty questions about your symptoms, your general health, your medication and your allergies. It takes about five minutes. The questions branch, so you only see what is relevant to you.

Some answers stop the consultation on the spot. If you take nitrates, for example, no prescriber should be approving ED treatment, and we would rather tell you that immediately than take your money first.

A prescriber reviews it

An independent UK prescriber reads your full answers, including anything our safety checks have flagged, and decides whether treatment is appropriate and at what dose.

They can approve, decline with an explanation, or come back to you with a question. Most reviews are completed within a few hours during working days.

Our pharmacy dispenses

A registered pharmacist performs the clinical and accuracy checks, labels your medicine, records the batch and expiry, and packs it.

Every step is recorded against your order: who prescribed, who dispensed, which batch, and when it left us.

It arrives, and keeps arriving

Plain packaging, tracked delivery. If you subscribe, the next one is prepared automatically on the schedule you chose.

Before each repeat we ask you to confirm nothing has changed in your health. If something has, it goes back to a prescriber before anything is sent.

What you get either way

Frequently asked questions

Is this a pharmacy or a prescribing service?

Both. We run an online consultation service and our own pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Your consultation is reviewed by an independent prescriber, and if treatment is approved it is dispensed by our pharmacists rather than passed to a third party.

Do I need a prescription before I order?

No. The consultation is the route to a prescription. You complete it, a prescriber reviews it, and they decide whether treatment is appropriate. If it is not, you are not charged.

How much does a consultation cost?

Nothing. You only pay if a prescriber approves treatment and your order is dispensed.

Where do you deliver?

Across the United Kingdom. Orders are sent in plain packaging with no indication of the contents or the sender on the outside.

Do I need to be in to sign for my order?

Most orders fit through a letterbox. Where an order needs a signature we will tell you before it is dispatched, and you can add delivery instructions at checkout.

How do I pause or cancel a subscription?

From your account, at any time, without contacting anyone. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Pausing keeps your details and consultation on file for when you come back.

Can I return my order?

Medicines cannot be returned for reuse once they have left the pharmacy, which is a legal requirement rather than a policy choice. If an order arrives damaged or is wrong, contact us and we will replace it. You can return unopened medicines to us for safe disposal.

Will you tell my GP?

Only with your agreement, or in the uncommon situation where a prescriber judges it clinically necessary to keep you safe. We ask for your preference during the consultation.
