Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Homingo and the supply of medicines by Homingo Pharmacy Ltd.

Who we are
Homingo Pharmacy Ltd operates an online consultation service and a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council under registration number 9010000. Our registered address is 1 Example Street, London, EC1A 1AA.
Prescriptions are issued by independent prescribers registered with their own professional body. They make prescribing decisions independently of any commercial consideration.
Who can use this service
You may use this service if all of the following apply.
- You are 18 or over
- You were assigned male at birth
- You live in the United Kingdom and are ordering to a UK address
- You are ordering for yourself, not for anyone else
- The answers you give in a consultation are accurate and complete
Consultations are not a guarantee of treatment
Completing a consultation does not entitle you to a prescription. A prescriber may decline, prescribe something different from what you asked for, or ask you to see a doctor in person. Where treatment is declined, you are not charged, and any payment taken is refunded in full.
We may decline to supply where we reasonably believe the service is being misused, where answers appear inconsistent, or where supply would not be in your clinical interest.
Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include delivery. Payment is taken when you place an order, and refunded in full if a prescriber declines treatment.
Where you choose repeat deliveries, you authorise us to take payment at the interval shown when you ordered. You can pause or cancel at any time from your account, without charge, provided you do so before an order has been dispensed.
Returns
Medicines cannot be returned to stock once they have left the pharmacy. This is a legal requirement rather than our preference, and it means medicines are excluded from the usual distance-selling right to cancel once supplied.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right. You can return unused medicines to any pharmacy, including ours, for safe disposal.
Your responsibilities
Answer consultation questions honestly, including about medicines you take and conditions you have. A prescriber can only keep you safe with accurate information.
Tell us promptly if your health changes, if you start a new medicine, or if you experience side effects. Before each repeat delivery we will ask you to confirm nothing has changed.
Read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medicine, and keep medicines out of the sight and reach of children.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete.
Complaints
Write to us at support@homingo.example. We acknowledge complaints within three working days and aim to resolve them within twenty working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise the matter with the General Pharmaceutical Council, or with the professional regulator of the prescriber involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These pages are a working draft written to cover the ground a UK online pharmacy needs to cover. Have them reviewed by a solicitor before you go live — particularly the clinical liability and data protection sections.
